Papier-mâché, as her primary medium, aligns with her preference for cost-effective fabrication. Sepide's works exhibit an exuberant approach, incorporating elements of candidness, humor, movement, and narrative within sculptural installations.

Collaboration in various forms has consistently been a significant aspect of her practice. For seven years, she was an active member of Tehran Carnival, an public art collective that created sculptures in public spaces, systematically studying their interaction with the environment.
